Renovation enquiries

When you request a quote or use the AI visualiser, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, suburb and project information. We use these to respond to your enquiry and discuss your renovation. Enquiry details are stored in Lovable Cloud and sent to our business email inbox.

Room photos and AI

The visualiser sends your uploaded room photo and chosen style to an AI image service through Lovable. AI providers may process information outside Australia under their own retention policies. Avoid uploading photos containing people, private documents or other sensitive information. Generated previews are stored privately and accessed through an unguessable link. Anyone you share that link with can view the preview.

Our chat is an AI service for general renovation questions, not a way to lodge an enquiry. Messages are processed by the AI service; we do not save a chat history in our enquiry records. Please do not share sensitive personal information in chat.

Security and retention

We use restricted storage for enquiry records and generated previews. Hashed visitor network identifiers and request counters are used to limit abuse and AI costs. Enquiry records, email notifications and generated previews remain available for follow-up; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule. External service providers may keep their own processing records.
